Job Description:

Join a lively psychiatric unit at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, for a 13-week travel RN contract. As a behavioral health nurse, you'll provide direct patient care in a specialized adult and geriatric psychiatric setting, working 12-hour days. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients with mental health and medical co-morbidities, utilizing equipment like sit-to-stand lifts and restraints, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Expect to work every third weekend, with a focus on maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability.
