Job Description:

This outpatient occupational therapy position at Dignity Health East Valley Rehab Hospital offers an engaging role in neurological rehabilitation for adult patients. You will work under doctor supervision, providing specialized therapy to individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, amputations, orthopedic issues, and wound care. The setting involves a multidisciplinary team focused on restoring mobility, independence, and confidence through targeted interventions such as gait training, transfer techniques, and functional mobility exercises. Expect to evaluate patient progress, develop treatment plans, and deliver care within a well-equipped environment featuring in-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and Virtual Reality tools. The role emphasizes structured, patient-focused therapy sessions during weekday hours with some weekend shifts, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery journeys.
