Job Description:

Join a rural Texas hospital as a Charge Nurse in Med/Surg during overnight shifts. This role involves overseeing an average of 10 adult patients, including telemetry, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, GYN surgery, and occasional pediatric cases. You'll be responsible for coordinating patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth shift operations. Prior charge nurse experience and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to lead in a close-knit community setting, with hands-on involvement in diverse medical situations.
