Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a full night shift experience as a Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse in a busy short-term acute care hospital located in Lubbock, TX. You'll float between units, providing specialized care on a unit that typically maintains a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. The schedule includes three 12-hour night shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a consistent commitment of 36 hours weekly. The role requires flexibility across different neuro and telemetry areas, offering a chance to sharpen your skills in a high-volume environment. Expect to work weekends, with six shifts scheduled over a six-week cycle. You will also be expected to conform to the hospital’s uniform code—navy scrubs for nursing staff and hunter green for unlicensed personnel. This assignment combines professional growth with the rhythm of night shift work in a supportive setting.
