Job Description:

This LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse role in Denver offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. As a key member of the nursing team, you'll be responsible for delivering critical patient care utilizing the Nursing Process while adhering to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Expect to demonstrate leadership in anticipating patient needs, coordinating care, and mentoring junior staff. This position requires vent/trach experience, familiarity with central lines, and certification in ACLS and BLS through the American Heart Association. Clinical responsibilities include managing a patient ratio of 1:6 and supervising the delivery of safe, effective care in a fast-paced setting.
