Job Description:

Join a busy urban trauma center as an Emergency Department RN for a 13-week contract. Your role will involve providing direct patient care in a high-acuity environment, managing a diverse caseload including trauma, stroke, STEMI, and burn patients. Expect to handle approximately 4:1 patient ratios, utilizing skills in assessment, planning, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The shift is from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with guaranteed weekly hours of 36, and occasional weekend commitments. This assignment offers a chance to experience a fast-paced, high-energy ER while honing your trauma and peds expertise in a Level 1 Trauma and burn center setting.
