Job Description:

This telemetry nursing position places you on the 4th Floor Surgical/Neuro unit, where you'll oversee patients with conditions ranging from respiratory issues and GI concerns to post-surgical recovery, strokes, and diabetic management. The role involves interpreting telemetry strips, managing set-rate drips like Diltiazem, and collaborating closely with charge nurses and house supervisors. Shifts run 12 hours overnight, providing a consistent schedule with ample opportunity to hone your skills in a specialized neuro-surgical setting—plus, a chance to flex your tele monitor expertise. Expect to work alongside nurse aides and utilize your knowledge in respiratory treatments and emergency responses, all while wearing navy scrubs in a unit that values precision and teamwork.
