Job Description:

Join an observation unit that operates with the intensity of an inpatient ward, providing vital assessments and supportive therapies. As a travel healthcare professional on this 13-week assignment, you will perform independent nursing tasks, assess patient health, and deliver both direct care and delegated medical functions. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, offering a chance to experience the unique quietness and calm of overnight hours while ensuring patients receive critical observations and support. Your expertise will facilitate health evaluations, provide health education, and support treatment plans, all within a facility that closely resembles an inpatient setting. Be prepared to be flexible, as floating to other departments and being on-call during shifts may be required to meet patient needs.
