Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Burns, Oregon, for a 13-week contract that offers the opportunity to float between ER and MedSurg units as needed. This role involves 12-hour daytime shifts from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, with an average weekly commitment of 36 hours. You'll be providing essential care in a level 4 trauma hospital with 25 beds, working alongside a dedicated team. Fluency in Oregon licensing requirements is essential, with the license processing time being approximately two weeks. Experience in emergency and med-surg settings is required, and certification in BLS, TNCC, and ACLS is necessary. Previous float experience is a plus, and the role requires flexibility to work weekends and accommodate a block schedule depending on staffing needs. This assignment has the potential to be both challenging and rewarding, with a focus on delivering quality patient outcomes.
