Job Description:

Join an exciting ICU Float Pool assignment as a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care. This role offers the chance to work across multiple ICU settings including ICU, CVICU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn units, providing variety and professional growth. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced environment with a 1:2 patient ratio, ensuring you can deliver attentive care while floating to different units based on staffing needs. The position is perfect for those with at least 2 years of ICU experience and Epic EMR proficiency. Expect 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend, and holiday coverage. Scrubs are navy blue, and certifications in BLS and ACLS are required—CPI and CCRN are preferred. Note: this unit does not accept first-time travelers.
