Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract places you in the heart of Clarksville, Tennessee, working in the Med/Surg Float Pool on 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. For 13 weeks, you'll have the opportunity to experience diverse patient cases across five different Med/Surg units, floating to the ER as needed. The role requires a minimum of two years of experience and prior travel assignment background, with a TN license or compact license on file. Expect to work with Cerner EMR and don navy scrubs, balancing patient ratios from 1:1 up to 1:6. Flexibility is key, as the schedule can vary to meet unit needs, especially during the Epic Go Live period when no time off is permitted. The weekly commitment is approximately 36 hours, with an overall gross of around $1,983.68, offering both professional growth and a dynamic work environment.
