This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity for professional nurses to engage in overnight shifts at a reputable healthcare facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The role involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced inpatient setting. You’ll supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, apply evidence-based practices, and focus on delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes comfort, education, and satisfaction.
