Job Description:

Join this engaging pediatric float pool role as a PICU Registered Nurse, where you'll navigate a variety of pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds med-surg, PACU, ED, and postpartum/mother-baby. The position offers a 12-hour day shift, floating between units based on demand, giving you the chance to broaden your pediatric ICU experience. This assignment is perfect for RNs with at least 2 years of PICU experience and comfortable working in different pediatric environments. The job combines clinical skill with a bit of a medical adventure, as you adapt to different settings, ensuring high-quality care across diverse pediatric cases, all while respecting UVA’s floating policies.
