Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse role offers an exciting opportunity to work within Virginia’s vibrant pediatric units, floating across various specialized areas including NICU, PICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. You'll be integral to a cross-functional team, providing expert care to neonates and children with diverse needs. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts, with an emphasis on flexibility and adaptability, as you rotate through different pediatric settings. This position is perfect for experienced PICU and NICU nurses who enjoy a dynamic work environment and are comfortable managing pediatric patients at different stages of recovery and stability. The role demands a proactive approach, with the chance to develop a well-rounded pediatric critical care skill set while enjoying the unique experience of working in a pediatric float pool.
