Job Description:

Join our neonatal ICU travel team in Charlotte, North Carolina, providing specialized care in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center with 247 licensed beds. This critical care role involves managing high-acuity neonatal patients with complex diagnoses such as congenital heart defects, respiratory distress, and neurological issues. Your focus will be on invasive line management, ventilator support, and critical monitoring in a fast-paced environment, with a patient ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity. The contract offers an engaging mix of daytime and night shifts, including weekend rotations, fostering a true team environment amidst advanced technology like EPIC EMR, Medfusion pumps, and bedside ultrasound. Experience in Level 3/4 NICU with ventilator, ECMO, and CRRT skills is required, and prior EPIC familiarity is preferred.
