Job Description:

Join a renowned Post-Cardiac Unit (PCU) as a Registered Nurse for a 14-week travel assignment in Augusta, Georgia. This role involves working the night shift (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) on a 12-hour schedule, providing care to a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. You'll be responsible for managing PCU level patients with a focus on neuro/stroke, respiratory, cardiac conditions, and mixed medical cases requiring titration of cardiac drips and continuous telemetry monitoring. The unit features 36 beds with an average census of 30, using systems like Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR. Expect a ratio of 1:4, and the role includes floating within scope of practice as needed. No call obligations, but major holidays require working if they fall within your assignment period. This opportunity offers a stable weekly commitment of approximately 36 hours, with a competitive weekly gross pay of around $1,711.15.
