Job Description:

Join a fast-paced ICU setting where you'll be a vital part of the care team supporting levels from ICU to stepdown units. This contract offers the opportunity to float between various inpatient units within the Northern Region hospitals, including ECU North, Roanoke-Chowan, Chowan, and Bertie. Your duties will involve working in a 12-hour night shift schedule, providing specialized nursing support with a focus on patient stabilization and monitoring, all while honing your critical care skills. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, and you'll need valid North Carolina or Compact licenses along with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Expect a vibrant work environment with the chance to experience the fast-changing rhythm of intensive care, all while enjoying the flexibility of floating across skilled units. This assignment is as much about the experience as it is about making a difference in patient outcomes.
