Job Description:

This telemetry stepdown nursing role places you on the E4 Cardiovascular Progressive Care unit at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. You'll focus on caring for patients undergoing complex CV and vascular surgeries, including open heart procedures, thoracic lung surgeries, and vascular repairs. Your days will be filled with managing epidurals, chest tubes, and IV medications like vasopressors and inotropes, ensuring smooth recovery for patients with critical cardiac and thoracic needs. The schedule is a steady 12-hour days for 13 consecutive weeks, offering a balanced yet engaging experience in a fast-paced environment.
