Job Description:

Join our team as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse, providing vital support across multiple ICU units including SICU, MICU, CCU, and OICU. This role offers the opportunity to work in a variety of high-energy environments where you'll care for patients with complex conditions such as traumatic injuries, surgical complications, neuro issues, cardiac procedures, and oncology emergencies. You'll float between specialized units, applying your two years of critical care experience in fast-paced settings that demand adaptability and clinical excellence. The assigned schedule is every other weekend, with the potential for holiday coverage during the 13-week contract. Expect 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, making this a balanced yet challenging assignment that keeps you engaged and sharpened in your specialty.
