Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor & Delivery/Postpartum RN in Shelby, NC, for a 13-week travel assignment with a focus on the vibrant world of childbirth. You'll be responsible for managing labor and delivery processes, circulating cesarean sections, and caring for postpartum and newborn patients. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing care to patients in an 8-bed labor room unit, and ensuring safe, timely delivery and postpartum recovery. Experience with LDRP units, fetal monitoring, and neonatal resuscitation will help you excel. Expect to work closely with support staff, including charge nurses and hospitalist teams, while floating within the region as needed. This assignment offers the chance to experience a busy, collaborative environment at a level 3 trauma hospital, where every shift counts and expertise makes a difference.
