Job Description:

Join a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit in Charlotte, NC, as a registered nurse specializing in obstetrical care. This fast-paced environment handles over 300 births each month and offers the unique challenge of managing double labor assignments daily. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing critical support during peak hours of the unit. The role demands experience with high-acuity obstetric patients, including high-risk cases, and proficiency in circulating, sterile vaginal exams, and immediate newborn care. Certification in BCLS, AWHONN Intermediate, and NRP is required. Expect a busy, demanding atmosphere where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and where every shift brings a new set of high-stakes situations.
