Job Description:

This Labor and Delivery RN contract offers a chance to be at the heart of childbirth experiences in Aiken, SC. You will be responsible for managing the labor process, monitoring fetal activity, and supporting women through various stages of labor and delivery. Expect to perform admissions, discharges, and transfers, utilizing equipment like fetal monitors and documentation tools such as Cerner and Fetalink. The assignment involves working three 12-hour day shifts weekly, with a focus on complex cases including scheduled C-sections and external cephalic versions. The environment is lively, with a mix of scheduled and emergent situations demanding your expertise and quick thinking. This role is perfect for a seasoned RN with a passion for maternal health and at least three years of labor and delivery experience.
