Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, adult to geriatric intensive care setting. You'll be caring for patients with conditions such as ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, and Post-op complications, often handling complex cases that require quick thinking and expert patient management. The schedule features three 12-hour days each week, with the possibility of floating within the unit to meet patient needs. This assignment is perfect for RNs with at least two years of experience who are comfortable managing a 1:2-3 nurse-to-patient ratio, sometimes caring for three patients. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHHS are required prior to start. While block scheduling isn't guaranteed, you'll experience a dynamic environment where adaptability and clinical expertise shine.
