This neuro ICU/IMCU RN role offers a challenging and rewarding experience floating between ICU and stepdown units. You'll be responsible for providing specialized neuro care in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to work in either setting. The unit requires strong neuro experience, and you'll need to adapt quickly as you transition between intensive care and intermediate care.
