Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in a busy hospital setting in Wheeling, West Virginia, working as a registered nurse on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. You'll be providing care for patients with conditions like CHF, COPD, pneumonia, and cellulitis, among others, with a focus on monitoring and supporting various medical needs. The role includes working with a charge nurse and nurse aides, with an emphasis on patient stabilization and collaboration within the team. Expect to handle patient scenarios that require titrating heparin drips based on lab results, all while balancing a typical workload that spans approximately 36 hours per week across 13 weeks. This assignment offers an engaging environment where you'll experience a variety of patient care situations in a fast-paced hospital floor.
