Job Description:

Join a busy emergency department as a registered nurse, providing critical care to a diverse patient population in a 16-bed ER with dedicated trauma and fast-track beds. You'll handle high-volume cases including stroke, STEMI, MVC traumas, psychiatric, geriatric, and pediatric patients. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, where you'll work independently but also collaborate with a skilled team. Expect to perform assessments, administer medications, provide patient education, and make clinical decisions in a fast-paced setting that offers both routine and complex care. Experience in similar clinical environments is essential, along with current Texas RN licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills amid a high-functioning trauma center with a 24/7 cath lab, in a city known for its welcoming community and active lifestyle.
