Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse role in Worcester, MA offers a 12-hour night shift schedule with a commitment of 36 hours per week over a 26-week contract. The position involves managing emergency department procedures, responding to urgent patient needs, and working closely with healthcare teams to ensure smooth operations. Candidates must pass two exams related to medication and telemetry, with only one attempt allowed per exam—failure results in immediate contract cancellation. EPIC electronic health records experience is preferred, along with required ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Flexibility in shift start times within a four-hour window is occasionally needed to meet critical staffing demands.
