Job Description:

Join a dedicated ER team in Spokane Valley for an 18-week travel contract as a Registered Nurse specializing in emergency care. This role involves managing a diverse patient population, including geriatric, abdominal pain, chest pain, stroke, psychiatric, respiratory, and pediatric cases, with patient ratios of 1:4 within a pod setup. You will perform advanced procedures such as TNK, conscious sedation, chest tubes, and central lines, while utilizing your skills with technologies like EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing. The shift is scheduled for night coverage (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), with a 36-hour workweek, providing a rewarding opportunity to showcase your ED experience in a smaller community hospital that values teamwork and professionalism.
