Job Description:

This Emergency Room RN position in Easton, Maryland offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, rotating between night and evening shifts. You will handle a wide variety of complex diagnoses across all age groups—from infants to the elderly—within a busy, high-energy ED. The role involves working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift schedule, with some flexibility for 3x12 or 4x12 rotations. Expect to manage a patient ratio typically of 1:4, which can increase to 1:5 for lower acuity cases. The assignment focuses on acute care in a vibrant, community-oriented setting, with opportunities to float among multiple local facilities as needed.
