Job Description:

Join a busy surgical team in the Menino Operating Room, located at Boston Medical Center Place. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts, with start times typically at 9a or 11a, and the potential to work every third weekend and some holidays. As a surgical tech, you'll assist with a variety of procedures in a fast-paced environment, floating between specialties such as general, gynecology, urology, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine. You should be comfortable working in a critical care environment with at least 3 years of inpatient surgery experience, trauma experience, and NBSTSA certification. The ORs operate around the clock, offering a dynamic, engaging role that keeps your skills sharp and your days interesting. You might also float to other OR campuses as needed, providing a unique opportunity to broaden your experience.
