Job Description:

This 13-week assignment at a busy hospital in Fredericksburg offers an engaging opportunity for healthcare professionals experienced in data collection for surgical units. You will work 8-hour day shifts, primarily supporting orthopedic, general, robotics, vascular, and gynecology procedures. Your role involves operating advanced surgical equipment such as ENT microscopes, laser systems, robotic platforms, and endoscopes, with a focus on maintaining efficient workflows within the operating room. This position not only requires technical proficiency but also a calm, organized presence to effectively assist during complex procedures. The hospital's Meditech Expanse EMR system and specific unit protocols ensure you'll be immersed in a setting centered on high-quality surgical care.
