Job Description:

This 13-week assignment places you in a dedicated LDRP unit within the Women's Services Department, where your expertise in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care will be essential. The role involves assisting with OB procedures, providing support during labor, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. With 12-hour day shifts, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the unit's activities, including floating within your scope of practice and potentially serving as charge or preceptor. Proficiency with OB assist procedures and advanced certifications such as NRP, CPI, and AWOHNN are required before start. The setting offers a structured yet engaging environment focused on maternal and neonatal health, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate facility needs.
