Job Description:

Join our team as an L&D RN in a busy birthing pavilion that handles approximately 1,300 deliveries annually. This 13-week contract offers a schedule of 12-hour night shifts, where you'll be at the heart of maternity care, working in a setting equipped with 21 patient rooms, including a two-bed triage area and two operating rooms. Your expertise will ensure that staffing ratios are maintained per AWHONN guidelines, managing active labors, cervical ripening, high-risk medications, and postpartum care. Expect to collaborate closely with a dedicated team, providing critical support during critical moments in labor and delivery.
