Job Description:

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a registered nurse in Urbana, Illinois, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This role offers an engaging opportunity to oversee patient care within a fast-paced hospital setting, primarily focusing on trauma patients with experience in Epic electronic medical records. As part of your responsibilities, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications following the five rights, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Your day will include collaborating with the healthcare team, documenting care accurately, and supporting patients and staff in a dynamic environment that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth. Experience in Trauma 1 and proficiency with Epic are required for this assignment, making it a unique chance to sharpen critical nursing skills in a collaborative setting.
