Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift contract at Deaconess Union County in Anna, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, providing comprehensive medical-surgical care primarily focused on general Med Surg with a more medical than post-surgical emphasis. The unit handles extended stays and has a census averaging between 15-18 patients, with typical nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6. You will be responsible for making a real difference in patient recovery, adapting to the unit's smooth-flowing environment, and managing a diverse group of patients in a setting that values resilient, adaptable, and social team members.
