Job Description:

This travel contract positions you as an Emergency Department RN at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM for a duration of 13 weeks, providing critical patient care in a busy, low to moderate acuity ED setting. The role involves managing IV starts, medication administration, sedations, and pediatrics, all while navigating Meditech EMR and utilizing Alaris equipment. Expect to collaborate with a team of experienced nurses, physicians, and techs to sustain a fast-paced environment that demands quick thinking, adaptability, and a keen eye for ensuring a positive patient experience. It's a great opportunity for RNs with at least one year of recent ED experience seeking a dynamic assignment with a solid staffing structure and modern technology.
