Job Description:

This ER Holding Registered Nurse assignment places you in a fast-paced hospital setting in Albuquerque, NM, where you'll be responsible for cross-posting between the Rapid Admit Unit and ER Holding. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, typically from 06:30 to 19:00, providing MS level care with a patient ratio of 1:4. The role offers the flexibility of 36 or 48-hour weekly shifts and is ideal for those with at least one year of hospital experience, though two years is preferred. Expect to manage a variety of acutely ill patients, with an emphasis on monitoring neurological status using NIHSS and supporting the transition of patients through different levels of care.
