Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse contract in Charlottesville offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency department setting. You'll be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, working four nights a week, with weekends required—perfect for those who prefer overnight hours. The assignment provides an engaging environment where you can apply your trauma and pediatric experience, contributing meaningfully during crucial hours. The facility prefers candidates with at least 2 years of experience, including some pediatric cases, and requires certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC (which can be pending approval but must be obtained before start). Block scheduling can't be guaranteed, but longer assignments extending through early 2027 are available. This role is designed for dedicated ER RNs eager to make a difference during dynamic nighttime hours.
