Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient Med/Surg team in Bethel, Alaska, for a 13-week travel nursing assignment. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care across all ages, from pediatrics to the elderly, including post-surgical and behavioral health patients. Expect to conduct initial assessments and re-assessments every 24 hours, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and high-quality care. This role emphasizes independent action, clinical judgment, and the ability to manage a diverse patient population in a unique, rural setting. Experience in pediatrics and adult care is preferred, with a focus on applying age-specific and cultural considerations throughout your shift.
