Job Description:

Join our team as an RN Case Manager in a hospital setting, where you'll bring your five years of RN experience, including at least three years in case management, to coordinate care across all inpatient units, emergency department holds, and overflow units. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekend, holiday, or call responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing patient cases efficiently and ensuring seamless transitions of care. This assignment is perfect for seasoned RNs seeking a focused, in-hospital role with guaranteed hours, provided your permanent address is more than 50 miles from the facility. A cover sheet is required for submission. The assignment starts on 09/28 and lasts for 13 weeks.
