Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Case Manager Registered Nurse, working on a 13-week contract in Charlottesville, VA. In this role, you will coordinate inpatient care within an acute hospital setting, focusing on inpatient case management. The schedule features five 8-hour day shifts per week, including every 4th weekend and alternating holidays. Your responsibilities will include reviewing patient cases, coordinating discharge plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience with EPIC electronic health records and prior inpatient case management at an acute care hospital is required. This assignment offers flexibility with approval for up to 40 hours of RTO, providing a manageable work-life balance during your contract.
