This travel opportunity is perfect for a seasoned Utilization Review (UR) RN ready to dive into a comprehensive case management role. You will focus on completing utilization reviews, discharge planning, and case management tasks, ensuring patients are efficiently transitioned from hospital to next steps. Experience with MCG guidelines and EPIC systems is essential. The role offers an engaging challenge in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to impact patient flow and care coordination firsthand. Expect to work eight-hour shifts with a weekly commitment of 40 hours over a span of 21 weeks.
