Job Description:

This travel contract is for an experienced IMC Registered Nurse specializing in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. You'll be caring for patients in a 16-bed unit that handles a range of cardiac and surgical patients, including post-op CABG, Femoral bypass, thoracotomy, and patients requiring cath lab procedures like STEMI/NSTEMI. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a focus on maintaining safe staffing ratios of 4:1. You'll be expected to float within the scope as needed and work within a facility that admits any patient with MS or IMC status. This assignment offers a chance to work with a variety of complex cases in a specialized environment, providing a rich and challenging experience for qualified nurses.
