Job Description:

Join a busy Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract working 3x12-hour night shifts, from 19:00 to 07:30. This role offers the opportunity to care for lower acuity cardiac patients, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:3-4. You will float between units within the OSU organization and utilize your skills in telemetry, IV starts, and conscious sedation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of PCU experience and hold current BLS and ACLS certifications. Expect engaging shifts where you'll monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team in a supportive environment. This assignment allows you to experience the vibrant healthcare setting at Ohio State University, with flexibility to work across various units as needed.
