Job Description:

Join this 16-week nursing contract in Rochester, NY, working on the Med Surg Float Pool. As a float nurse, you'll rotate between Med Surg Tele units and the South East Tower, providing essential bedside support across multiple departments. This assignment features 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a flexible schedule that includes at least one weekend shift per week, and possibly two every other weekend. Expect to work EPIC charting with a focus on acute med surg and telemetry care. You’ll need at least two years of recent hospital experience in med surg/tele, an active NY RN license, and AHA BLS certification. The hospital requires floating to other units as needed, and candidates should reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
