Job Description:

Join a vibrant Pediatric & Adult MedSurg unit at Central Maine Hospital in Lewiston, ME, for a 10-week assignment that combines challenging clinical work with the charm of coastal Maine. As an RN on the M4 floor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, including post-op cardiac patients, those on cardiac drips, and individuals with conditions like stroke, CHF, and arrhythmias. This role offers the chance to hone your telemetry skills while working the night shift—12 hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM—every other weekend, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. You'll help support a unit with 27 beds, patient ratios of 1:4-5, and a variety of advanced equipment such as Sigma Spectrum IV pumps and portable defibrillators.
