This travel RN Case Management role places you in the heart of El Paso, TX, where you'll coordinate patient care and optimize resource utilization in a hospital setting. Your focus will be on assessing patient needs, developing comprehensive care plans, and supporting discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
