Job Description:

Join the surgical team at a busy hospital in Rochester, NH, as an Operating Room RN or Surgical Technologist. This 12-week contract involves working 10-hour shifts, primarily on the ground floor in a fast-paced surgical environment. You will assist with orthopedic, ENT, general, gynecological, and ophthalmic surgeries, ensuring sterile technique, proper equipment setup, and smooth procedural flow. This role offers the chance to work independently with minimal orientation, handling skilled procedures like specimen handling, draping, and troubleshooting sterile fields. The setting features modern OR equipment such as Arthrex, Stryker, Zimmer, and laparoscopy towers, with all cases managed via Meditech EMR. Expect to collaborate with a team of 12 staff members, including OR RNs, scrub techs, and first assistants, on a high-volume surgical floor that values efficiency and expertise.
