Job Description:

Join a pediatric float pool as a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care across various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. This role offers the opportunity to work in different settings, floating to where the need is greatest, and requires previous PICU and NICU experience. Nurses will perform a wide range of clinical duties, providing specialized patient monitoring, assisting with procedures, and ensuring comfort and safety for young patients. The assignment is set during night shifts with 12-hour hours, offering a chance to experience the quiet of the night while making a significant impact during your shift. This position provides a unique chance to broaden pediatric critical care experience across multiple units, adaptable to your expertise and interests.
