Job Description:

Join a high acuity Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in sunny San Diego for a 13-week travel contract. This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant, specialized setting focusing on critical cases such as respiratory failure, shock, and post-operative cardiac and neurosurgical care. The position involves rotating 12-hour night shifts, with the flexibility to work weekends and on holidays — which, while requiring some scheduling flexibility, ensures an engaging and impactful experience as part of a dedicated team. You’ll be functioning at the standard level of nursing practice while floating within our PICU and NICU units, applying your skills with ventilators, CVP, and EKG monitoring. Hours per week: 36 hours, with guaranteed hours after policy considerations
